Friday, Oct. 28th, I completed my third car transaction with Royal Honda. As a widow in her “silver” years, I greatly appreciated the respect with which I was treated by the Royal personnel. My salesman, Phillip Brock, is a professional who took the time to listen to my concerns and was excellent in sharing the options put before me. In the end, I left feeling confident in my purchase and confident, as well, in the service I look forward to receiving from Royal Honda!
Alton Clivens is amazing. He’s the reason we won’t buy a car anywhere else (5 Hondas and counting). Phil and Dave are so good to us, and the folks in the service department are always easy to work with, too. The entire team at Royal Honda works with a synergy that makes us feel like part of a family. Personable, above and beyond, thoughtful, sincere- just a few words I’d use to describe Alton, Phil, and the rest of the team. I really cannot say enough about our pleasant buying and servicing experiences.
