Always a positive experience when I bring my pilot in for service! I always ask for Eric since he has been handling my car service from the beginning and pays attention to all my requests. He thoughtfully keeps me informed and offers to provide Honda transportation home if needed! This was the best experience I ever had when comes to buying a car. The moment arrived at the dealership, they greeted me with the utmost respect. I went in to work with Michael Yung (by the way, he is phenomenal). He made me feel like I was family. He’s very knowledgeable, polite, kind, caring and humble. He became my friend. I was glad I had this experience. I won’t be going to no other dealership ever except Royal Honda. You all have a customer for life.
I will echo what thousands of people have already said about the incredible service offered. When it comes to getting your vehicle serviced there are usually two types of people: 1. People who are convinced that the only way to increase the longevity of the vehicle is to get it serviced by people who work directly at the dealership that sells them. 2. I have had some terrible experiences with dealership service over the years so much that I just figured that’s the way it is and always will be. Well, I was wrong! The service team at Royal Honda has restored my confidence. Yesterday morning, my car would not start so I had it towed to the nearest Honda Dealership.
