I had a wonderful experience when ****** came to give his presentation of Royal Prestige Cookware. Though his English is not yet what he would like it to be, he made sure that we both understood everything. As for the cookware, excellent quality. We are still learning to use it, but we certainly have no complaints. Very sturdy cookware that will last for life if properly taken of. I saved up for a while to get a set for myself, after having seen and used my mother's sets for over 10 years. It took me a bit to get in contact with a rep (No English speakers in my local area I guess) but once I was contacted, the agent did help me with my order. I've been using them since, and they are way better than non-stick pots and pans that wear out in a year or so.

Very expensive products. Los vendedores muy mentirosos, solo para que uno compre y ellos ponen su propio precio. No vuelvo a comprar nada más. Pagar 300.00 por un cartucho para filtro de agua?. No más dejen de engañar al cliente.
