I have 70% of all of the products that RP offers. I am extremely happy with all of the products. The service from the representatives is very impressive. They are always un contact and offer a cleaning or sharpening if all if the products i have. Royal Prestige will be the last cooking products you will ever buy.
Very beautifull office
A good overall experience. The pots' materials are of very good quality, and the payment options are affordable. The loan rate is high, so it's worth checking carefully. I liked the pots, although I recommend comparing before buying, as the advisors tend to be a bit pressure-inducing. For that reason, I decided to only buy the pot I really needed.
The pot does not meet all that was offered, my salesman rated it as excellent service, the pot average and more for the price. I made some cakes since they indicate that it has an oven effect, and both of them burned, I did it over low heat. I contacted customer service and they told me it was because I did not know how to handle it... They use manipulative techniques to sell their products. Plus, you're not going to perform surgery on your kitchen, so simply using stainless steel will do. "Surgical grade" isn't necessary, and the price is extremely exaggerated.
