I spoke with a young lady but I'm sorry to say I forgot her name but she was a great help to me and wonderful to speak with. I called in about ten minutes to five today 6/28/18 but I think she was great don't ever let her go. She was very helpful.

Very easy website to negotiate. Also called customer service to verify pools in stock and ended up with an upgrade in pools for our area and due to wait time on other style.
