Pretty easy to find what I wanted and to get it ordered. However, product said it ships the next day and it didn't ship for a week. That is fine, but it would have been nice to get an e-mail saying when it was scheduled to ship. I had to call after 8 days to find out that it shipped the day before. Just a little lack of communication. I am extremely happy with the product so far. We have already installed it, which was very easy.
