Excellent phone support to answer all my questions.
The site was clear and concise and they answered my questions about the manufacturer of the safety cover in less than 12 hours! We ordered an Arctic Armor Ultra Light solid safety cover with a center square mesh drain. It is a dark blue and came with all the pieces necessary. You only need a drill and bit to drill the holes for the anchors. The cover is light but very sturdy and I can now open and close the pool by myself : ) Hooray!
