When we called for more information customer service was great. Customer service was good but we didn't receive the pool cover that was ordered. We were disappointed with this because we had searched for a certain cover. This was the manufacturers' fault. We decided to keep the cover because we didn't want the hassle of sending it back. They did honor our request to change the price.
