Blake was helpful in making sure our order was complete and satisfactory!
A pretty good experience. We have a few boxed items that were missing some gaskets and other small parts...you would think a boxed item would be complete. I am sure Royal Swimming will get those pieces to us. We also had a custom step...and the liner track was damaged in delivery or before it was shipped out to us.
Very easy and user friendly.
