It was a great experience At first I was skeptical about refinancing. But when speaking with Tommy, he made me feel comfortable and supported. He asked a lot of questions to make sure he understood my situation and then shows me exactly how he can help me save $700 a month. I’m truly grateful that I got connected with Tommy so I’m not spending all of my money on my bills every month. A very personable and easy to talk to advisor. It was a great experience The process was simple, you must have all your records together, but Jacob and Sarah and Ashton were great to work with. Excellent process from start to finish. This entire process has been so easy, but it was all due to Jenna. She was so knowledgeable, and led me through every step of the way. I really didn't have any questions, because she answered them before I even had to ask. Would definitely do it again and recommend her to my family members.
Lifesaver The loan process with them was amazingly simple. The communication between us was superb. My loan agent listened to my issues and got a plan together for me would solve my problem & still keep me at a payment I could afford. Now I can continue to make a payment I can afford and was able to pay off some debt that was bringing me down. Thank you Ms. MIt’s nice to be above water.
