Terrible communication, results, and hidden fees. I worked with Britton Evers and Trevor McFarlain on my child custody case. I asked them to communicate to opposing council I wanted more hours with my children and they didn’t do it because it would make the Defendant look better if she gave more hours. This is the worst law firm I've ever done business with by far! They constantly lie and embellish. I have so many instances of this happening but here's the last time. My husband's trial was supposed to be on 11/05/2019, they call and tell me the JUDGE changed my husband's trial to 11/26 when in reality THEY changed it because they'd overloaded our attorney. They are so terribly irresponsible that they didn't communicate that the trial date they had given me was wrong until THE NIGHT BEFORE the trial! I got a call at 5:30 PM... read more
