The therapists were excellent, explained what they were doing, considerate, and gentle. My appointments were always on time and the facility (especially the new one) is bright and roomy.

This is the most dedicated PT team of that I have ever been associated with – and I have had many PT experiences over the past 40 years. They are very knowledgeable about shoulders. I have fallen twice and they did a great job putting me back together
All a therapists are very friendly yet professional and really know what they're doing. /They have helped my body to heal in certain places tremendously. I especially appreciate therapist Jamie Heede. She is the best I have ever had work on me in the past 15 years. She gives practical exercises for me to do on my own as well as a thorough workout andeffective therapy during my hour there. It's obvious that Jeff Wilcox and other staff that I have interacted with care about the patients. Jeff and staff are more than competent, personable, and knowledgeable. I appreciate the time I have spent at RPI. I believe I am making significant progress. I also know that part of the responsibility for progress is mine.
