I have been doing PT for 3 weeks now and my back pain is relieved. I was given exercises to do at home that are simple and effective in relieving my back pain. My physical therapist Jennifer is amazing. I highly recommend this facility as they give great care.
Jonathan, Jonty, and their entire team at RPI has put my husband and I back together numerous times since 2010. We wouldn’t go anywhere else for physical therapy. Their knowledge and expertise surpass any other PT practice in the city.
The exercises I was given to do helped my recovery from knee replacement surgery - twice! After the first knee was done, they had me do all the exercises on both knees which helped SO much with the second one. The therapists are supportive, knowledgeable, and very helpful.
Jonathan, Michelle and the rest of the staff have been great! This is the first time I feel like I am actually making significant progress with my lengthy problems! Jonathan has hit on deep deep areas of concern. (Beware that when he says good it means he found a painful place to treat! LOL). They both answer all my questions of which there are many with care and concern
The fact that every time I have to go to Physical Therapy and given a selection of places available, I choose RPI Therapy Services says it all. I have referred anyone I come in contact with to RPI weather they need your services now or in the future. Your staff are always welcoming, friendly with the talent to let you know it is all about you.
From the first phone call, office staff were friendly, up-beat and helpful. My experience with the therapist, Jeff Wilcox, has been positive and encouraging. I feel confident in his abilities and appreciate his willingness to incorporate my input and experience as we proceed.
