My child’s first visit did not go as desired. He had a total meltdown (at a level I’ve never seen from him before) and wouldn’t let anyone, including me, near his mouth. The technician and Dr. Gelman could not have been more understanding, patient, and supportive. What should have taken 15 minutes took 50 and they were so kind the entire time. They’re the best!
Best to tell you exactly why: We have had several instances where one of my children needed immediate dental care. Given these circumstances, both Dr. Gelman and Dr. Fine were responsive, concerned, thorough, and reassuring. Those are rare qualities in this day and age.
