Love Ruffin’ It Resort! Our pup enjoys daycare so much! The staff incorporates fun and educational activities as well. The resort is great with communication and responds in a timely manner. They have cameras too if you want to see how the day is going. In addition to daycare and boarding, they offer training onsite which was excellent and provided life-long skills. Wonderful place!
Great place to take your pup for day care and boarding. Staff are friendly and handle the dogs well. I was shocked to see my normally (people) shy dog cuddled up next to one of the staff on the live cameras! Very clean and orderly, dogs get plenty of attention and exercise. The reason I have to give it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the cameras are limited to the indoor portions of the play parks and the dogs are often outside (weather permitting). We have used them for years to watch our dogs. They take such great care of our fur babies, from snuggling to giving our dogs a bath. Ruffin It always do a great job! I highly recommend.
Ruffin' it was fantastic with my dog! It was great to have the ability to look in on my dog through the cameras during play time. Staff had great communication with me throughout the visit. Definitely will trust them with my dog again.
Ruffin’ It Resort is amazing - do not hesitate to book! We are so pleased by the care given to our Aussie Senora, and plan to have her stay again. Initially we were a little hesitant to have her stay just because she can be timid in new places, but the staff immediately provided compassion and patience when we dropped her off.
