I have used both the hotel and daycare many times. My boy loves going to the daycare and I love that he comes home tired but very happy. I enjoy reading his report card that lets me know how he has played. I also like that Ruffin' It Resort has different daycare areas for different activity levels. It is so wonderful to leave my dog with a staff who take great care and give him so much love and attention while I am away. The facility is clean, well thought-out, and provides excellent care.

Love this great dog hotel and daycare. I have 2 yellow labs and they really going there. We have had great care at the hotel and also have used the daycare. I really like the report card we get at pickup and the great photos of our dogs having fun while they are there. This is the best dog hotel and daycare in Madison. Love the special care and attention they give all the dogs. It is a smaller size hotel and daycare so my dogs get the care they need and do not get lost in the numbers. The dogs have it better than some humans This is a pretty nice place to take your dog, your pet is treated like family, they have kennels with colored TV for your dog, there are also dog theme rooms, nice big exercise area, there's also a popcorn night where some one stays with your dog like a big sleep over, dogs watch TV and eat popcorn. If I could put no stars I would. They do not care for their employees or customers. I worked in a facility that was bought out by nva and after they took over it was horrible. They brought new people in at 16 but wouldnt give the employees that had been killing themselves anything until this April. I was talked into doing the dog training, had no one to work with like everyone else, had no one to do a shadow week with so I couldnt fully get certified, they were charging ******************************** the same rate. Greed and ineptitude at the top is sending veterinarians and other staff at the bottom running for the hills. No wonder turnover is so high. Company needs to do some real soul searching. Whats more important, how big the margins are or maintaining and improving the veterinary field? Because what they are doing is moving the field backwards.

I don't even know where to begin with the negatives of working for NVA. The biggest thing to point out first is the separation between NVA and the local clinic. I loved my staff and doctors at the clinic I worked for but anything to do with NVA was negative. I worked under many different upper management members and they were all the same. My puppy ate a grape ,which I guess can be toxic even in small amounts. Couldn't get my vet on phone....phone system out.....called this place, they said that she should probably be induced to vomit. Took her there. Literally took longer to fill out on line registration than it took to get there.
