I took my puppy yesterday to get groomed got her back like this that shows some kind of strangulation to break break blood vessels in her eye like that I will never go back to Ruffledales. There’s no telling what else they did to her but she ran to us when it was time to pick her up. I would not recommend to anybody even my worst enemy this place
RecommendedI had to go out of town last minute and had to leave my Belle and Eve behind for the first time ever. I was so nervous but the staff here is amazing and so kind. The owner gave me a call personally to tell me a update on my amazing girls. They really tried to make my dogs feel comfortable and they did not push themselves on my dogs. I called sometimes 2x’s a day and they were so kind to just let me know how my girls are doing. RecommendedRuffledale takes great care of my fur babies. They just stayed for a few nights and had a great time. My dogs were even given a goodie bag.

After going using the groomers at Ruffledale for two years, we’ve been told that services we’ve paid for have obviously not been done to include teeth, anal glands and nails. Moreover, we’ve been told that there has probably been some rough handling from their groomers in the past based on my dogs reactions to certain areas. We will not be returning...

We would love to speak with you. We do include nails and anal gland expression for free with all our grooms. We ask if you want these items done but don’t charge extra. I am sorry you are unhappy, I am the owner and I would never allow groomers in the facility to handle dogs rough. I went here once for my dog and loved the service. I made another appointment for yesterday and I wasn't so happy. When I made the appointment, I specifically said what I wanted. Trim the tail but don't trim the leg feathers because it's part of the breed. What did they do? Cut off all the feathers and not even bother with the tail. I want to express my most sincere gradatude and appreciation for the gentle , loving,one on one with our 2 dogs Daniel and KIERA,,! OH MYgoodness we took them there in may when we went to YELLOWSTONE for a few days,, oh my gosh the dogs loved it, they got one on one attention,, you just explain there needs and they do fulfill them,,,,they had a blast,,,, dogs on the couches, they get to play in a huge indoor area and can go out when ever they want to play outside,,the staff love our and your pets,,,, a nd you can already fee... read more
