Very unprofessional leaves trash all out over the ground sometimes not even picking up all of the trash that you set out throws trash bins in yards, and in the street! not to mention they went up on their price for picking up bulk items $50 per item. That is very expensive definitely for low income families. Three items equal $150. The price for picking up bulk items was just $20 so they went up a whole $30! With no notice to the public! And this is for the ****Ohio area

Trash has only been picked up twice in 2 months. Bill has always been paid on time. I've paid for services im not receiving. I've called multiple times just to be told to give them 48hrs to return and still nothing.

Company has missed pick ups numerous times. Latest excuse, driver claimed my road was flooded. This is a lie. It only floods on one part of my road. Road was not flooded on my pick up day. I drove the road myself in the morning (6:45am) and in the afternoon (4:30). I did notice that my neighbors trash was picked up.

Absolutely terrible service. I’ve called in now (6) times all for the same reason. 1 or more of our trash cans have been missed every single week for the past 4 months. It’s always the same, I pay for service then they call in when they miss and they tell me they’ll get back out there within 24-48 hours. But don’t show up until the following week o the normally scheduled day.

They didn’t pick up my trash last week but they picked up all my neighbors trash. I called two times and they were supposed to pick it up in 24-48 hours. That would’ve been no later than Tuesday but here it is Thursday and it’s still not emptied. The trash runs again tomorrow so I’m hoping they get it this time.

I have a business account and my dumpster has not been emptied (no service since Dec18th, time of writing review is Feb 13th, total of 5 missed services. I called on Dec 18th and they said would send them out to pick up. I called again on Jan 1 which I was told same thing and they would research and possibly give me credit. Called again on Feb 12th and was told that driver said had ice on my drive. Horrible absolutely horrible to deal with. We have been with this company for 10 years, nothing but issues. We have scheduled extra dumps with no pickup, still billed for it, have talked with customer service multiple times and still excuses, sent emails driver says they can't pick it up because of..... We have put money into gravel had the area plowed, they have caused damage to my pine tree and landscaping, I didn't ask for reimbursement nor make a big deal out of it, just to not get my trash picked up. Worst customer service I have ever been apart of. Never collect the trash on time and always and excuse as to why it didnt get done. I would avoid them at all costs!!

I’ve had ongoing issues with Rumpky Trash service. On several occasions, my trash was not collected while everyone else on my block’s trash was picked up. Initially, I was told my trash cans were too heavy, which led me to purchase two new trash cans at $100 each. This was frustrating, especially considering that my 12-year-old daughter regularly takes the trash out as part of her chores, so weight has never truly been an issue.
