Expect only half your trash to be picked up and your trash cans to be thrown into the middle of the road. Billing issues the whole two years we had them. Even when I called to cancel them, the lady I dealt with was horrible and had an attitude. They are the most expensive in town. Switched to someone else who is cheaper with better customer service

HORRIBLE. I canceled service due to moving and called Rumpke to pick up the cans. They told me it would take 7-10 business days to pick up the cans. Two weeks later they are still there and now I am told they will put a PRIORITY on pick up but it will TAKE 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS MORE. In the meantime I have a HOA threatening to fine me for leaving my cans on the street for two weeks and new owners of the house want them out from in front of their home. Horrible pricing fluxes. This is a monopoly and someone needs to hold them accountable.

However, diesel fuel, which is what most of our fleet runs on, costs more than unleaded gas largely because of new standards requiring blends that work to reduce emissions and pollution.
