Excellent service, pricing is very reasonable, the pickup is always on the day that is scheduled. Service is the best we have had with the 4 other companies we have had since we moved here 30 years ago.
I have no issues or complaints about Rumpke. The trash pickup driver in our area is very friendly and courteous.
Overall I'm pleased with the service. Only complaint is how little I am able to have taken away for a special pickup. Perhaps, they would offer customers ability to drop off pickups at a landfill or drop off site so that they are wait week for week to get garbage out of yard.
I have no issues with Rumpke service. The guys are kind and place my trash can where it is. When I had an issue I called and the issue was recognized and had no problems thereafter it was minor. Not every job is perfect and if someone thinks it is they need to look at their own backyard. I had something I wanted to get rid of but it was too heavy and was on a dolly, The guys went and got it and disposed of it (this is above and beyond). I say THANK YOU to the workers. We have used Rumpke for many years. They are reliable and efficient. They send reminders when there are holidays upcoming. They never miss a pickup.
I had been with ** ****** ******** since I moved in to my house in 1985. To say the least, I wasn't happy when I heard that I'd have to transfer to a new company. However, I've been pleasantly surprised because I love the service I get with Rumpke. They are very timely in their pickups and I really appreciate how they communicate if there will be any changes to the overall weekly schedule during holidays. I rated Rumpke at 5 stars and recommended them to my neighbor two doors down.
I am very happy with the service they provide. They let you know in advance of the holiday schedule the last company did not let you know so sometimes your trash would sit for a couple of days. I hope they continue to serve this area.
Price for pick up is good and I have never had a problem of any kind. Service is great. Clean no ness
