All around nice Helpful staff and a great maintenance team. Close to shopping and the interstate.
Great Place These apartments are great!! Very spacious, very clean and very quiet. I looked at 10 different complexes before coming back again to this one! Love the big balcony! The staff is great and repairs take no time at all!
Excited for the next few years This apartment is close to IUPUI which is perfect for me as a student. During my apartment hunt, I was most pleased with Runaway Bay out of all the apartments in the area. They were up to date, and a nice community. I look forward to spending the next few years here.
Leasing office is not nice. Since the original female administrator left, the new administrator has not been ideal. There is no major problem with the apartment, but the packages are often missing. The attitude of the new female administrator is not friendly, and she speaks very coldly every time. And she is very rigid, it is difficult to maintain a harmonious atmosphere with everyone.
Overpriced for the age of this community Rent is overpriced, Maintenance is understaffed, leasing office is understaffed and they rarely answer the phone, hot tub/spa is closed because it is out of service about 90% of the time. New move ins are a higher priority over existing residents maintenance requests. Office staff under current management is a "revolving door". Summer landscaping is very poor. Bushes are almost always overgrown. Overall upkeep of the whole property is poor.
