Unable to negotiate a better commision rate and once on the market it took over 5 months to sell. Process after accepted offer was extremely lengthy and had to constantly check on progress and felt that communication & updates were somewhat lacking. Otherwise no complaints as the hold-up's were not of the agents making but it was a particularly problematic process to get to exchange and completion.
We cannot rate the team highly enough. They were professional from start to finish while handling our purchase.
