The lady who showed us around the house was the best estate agent I have ever come across. She was enthusiastic about the house without obviously just trying to sell it. We felt welcomed by all the staff every time we visited the branch and when telephoning we got through to someone quickly, and if the person we wanted to speak to was out someone else called us back and dealt with our query.
