Amazing service from sale through to completion!
Nick and the team were brilliant! At times elements of the sale were complicated, and Nick and the team kept everyone calm, patient, and updated, often going above and beyond to see the sale through to completion. I can't recommend theme enough!
Unable to negotiate a better commision rate and once on the market it took over 5 months to sell. Process after accepted offer was extremely lengthy and had to constantly check on progress and felt that communication & updates were somewhat lacking. Otherwise no complaints as the hold-up's were not of the agents making but it was a particularly problematic process to get to exchange and completion.
We cannot rate the team highly enough. They were professional from start to finish while handling our purchase.
