The overall experience was great. Rusty made things very easy for us. The only thing preventing me from giving a ten was the closing was a bit discombobulated. I had to reach out to figure out what do do about some of things required to be completed. I give a benefit of the doubt because of the COVID restrictions, however the title company could have been proactive as to what I needed to do for closing.

Rusty Maness is very good at his job. Buying/Refinancing is stressful even under ideal situations. A checklist for buyers would be helpful, to present at the beginning of the process, even for the most experienced client. Thank goodness we had an experienced Loan Officer with a great company!
