We started the process of buying our first home all the way back in January with a different lender and it did not go well. Our first offer was accepted and we started collecting and submitting all the necessary documents for the loan. Initially, we were nervous and apprehensive because of the construction loan. However, Ryan was very thorough and had great patience. I'm sure we asked some of the same questions over and over even after he had explained. From beginning to the end the process was very smooth and that's because Ryan also communicated with us during the whole process no matter how late or early. So there weren't any surprises.
