He problem solved ways to help us and met us right where we were in our situation and walked us through how we can obtain a mortgage approval. Craig was very responsive and attentive to al of our questions . He had been my mother?? and my loan officer. I already started referring friends to him. Just an all around great experience! I thought Nathan handled everything very well and was great at explaining what documents were needed and kept in touch with us very regularly to explain things. However, this was our first time buying a house and when it got closer to the closing date his assistant did not explain things well. For one example, we had no idea that we would need to wire the money the business day before closing until we were told to do so on that day in the afternoon when it was too late for us to get to the bank.
