Tried to sign us up for a 30-year mortgage when we had said wanted to pay off the mortgage sooner rather than later. This would have cost us lots of interest money if we hadn't caught the mistake.
During closing, three members of the staff plus automations were sent a day before I was to close demanding paperwork being signed so they could meet a federal regulation. The regulations were not sited and the team was less than communicative during the process. Would not advise using this company.
