Ryan cleaned up the mess from my previous mortgage company and was able to save my condo deal and get it closed in 17 days. He's incredibly knowledgable, efficient and overall just a great lender to work with. This was my first home purchase, and I'm self employed, and Ryan did everything he could to make it happen for me despite other lenders giving me a hard time. Would highly recommend Ryan.

Was hesitant to take on a process without the traditional "brick and mortar" loan processing, but Ryan was excellent in guiding me through the process and converted me to a true advocate of the electronic process. Rate was equal to the best I could find in the market.
