We worked with Ryan on our original mortgage and then on a refinance in 2021. We had actually been thinking of refinancing and just kept putting it off but he reached out to us directly with a quick estimate of what our new payment would be so we knew it would be beneficial! Ryan made himself available at anytime and was able to quickly answer questions or get us in touch with the person that could. We would definitely work with him again in the future!

Was hesitant to take on a process without the traditional "brick and mortar" loan processing, but Ryan was excellent in guiding me through the process and converted me to a true advocate of the electronic process. Rate was equal to the best I could find in the market.
