I purchased a commercial auto policy from this office back in December of 2019. today I found ou by mistake t that my commercial vehicle does not have insurance at all. The cards i was sent did not have any policy number I called the office and also State Farm but neither one of the offices had any record of my policy. my agent wanted me to show him proof of payment in order for him to reinstate my policy. I was never notified that the policy was cancelled, He then suggested for me to buy a new policy all together. ... read more
