As a first time homebuyer, I couldnt have asked for a better lender. He helped answer every question and concern I had. In fact, there was a situation when we needed a task done and he was sick with the flu. He rose to the occasion and finished it for us the same day. I would recommend him to anyone!

I was nervous to purchase my first home considering it's such a big purchase, but Ryan walked me through the whole process and always answered my questions within a timely manner. I was extremely impressed with the weekly check in's and communication. Towards the end when I was set to close, we had a few issues with the appraiser. Ryan fought to make things right to ensure a smooth closing. I truly don't believe any other lender would have taken care of me the way Ryan and his team did.
