Better communication. We initially were told we were getting a fixed rate for both our primary and secondary loan. A week from closing, we were told our second mortgage was a variable-based rate loan. There were also times where we wouldn't even get a response for multiple days. Although we're thankful to have obtained the needed financing to secure our home, we just wish there was better communication from Major Mortgage throughout the entire process.

This whole process was a nightmare from the length of time it took to close to the lack of communication. Throughout the whole process trying to find out what was going on, resubmitting the same papers over and over again, leaving messages and not getting return calls or even emails, and always being told “Ryar will explain things or Ryar will call” which never happened! We are not even convinced Ryar even exists!! Even at our closing things were changing and incorrect. Thankful it is done

- Long periods of waiting between responses and answers to even the most simple inquiries. - I personally caught two errors during the process (that's not my job). - Almost everything for closing was held until the final day for me to take care of... It was an insane last minute BS rush to make the cut off times. You had six weeks to get this done... - MOST importantly you have stolen money from me. Over $500 lost to another of your mistakes (MINUTES prior to closing).

The communication from my loan officer could have been better. There were a mistake on my loan estimate that took time to be corrected. The end result was great but it took a lot of going back and forth with clarifications. I greatly appreciate the end result of my loan but the process was stressful with the way of communication I had with my loan officer. As a first time home buyer, I really needed the support.
