Rylan was sensitive to the timing of his requests. My mother passed away while I was gathering documents which delayed my response time. Rather than persist, he gave me time to process my experience. Once I turned in the paperwork, we closed within two weeks. He kept me informed as to what was going on, what was needed, and how we could save money. Overall it was a fantastic experience.
