RecommendedI’m always greeted warmly. The staff are very professional and friendly. The service is great and everyone is very competent.
Out of network not disclosed when I asked I was told doctors were in network. Asked to speak to a doctor regarding treatment and office staff declined.
They did a periodontal deep scaling cleaning 3 months ago and because of that I no longer can get the regular cleanings every 6 months that my insurance covers. Thy instead schedule you every 3 months for periodontal cleaning (which is no different) but insurance only covers two per year not four. Sneaky way to get more money
RecommendedEveryone was extremely friendly Montalvo was informative on what to expect during my procedure. I had two root canals done and it was a very good experience, as far as root canals go, and was not as bad as many people said it was going to be. Felt almost no pain during the double root canals. Highly recommend.
I was scheduled an appointment and arrived at my appointment 15 minutes prior to it and was told since I didn't confirm my appointment that it was cancelled. There is nothing written or told to the patient that an appointment has to or confirmed or it will be canceled. if iou are a patent make sure you do this or your appointment will be canceled.
