The air conditioner with the new nest after a power outage would not come back on and asked for repair- it was Friday and one of the workers came and fixed the problem- hopefully it doesn't happen again as it is very hot out this time of year

Had an issue with a clogged drain . Within an hour or so the maintenance man came . I have never had an issue when it comes to putting in a maintenance problem. They are great !

My issue was addressed the same day within an hr . It was a non emergency maintenance order . I didn’t expect that . Always a great job ! Very accommodating.

I called in for a maintenance need . Doris was very understanding, said she would get someone immediately. Within an hr Mario was at my door to fix the issue . He completed the issue , cleaned the work area up . You would never have known someone came fixed the issue and left it cleaner than I had it .
