I loved this house and neighborhood it was my childhood home and I love and miss florida so so much my neighbors were so nice and I went out to ride my bike to school, it was such a great place.. The pool was always very clean and sanitary when I lived there, the neighborhood itself was not loud, it was nice, clean, sunny, decorative, and very floridian. Called Maintenance on an issue with the door lock , needed an AC filter. He came out first thing Monday morning. Always ready to accommodate.

Called in on weekend my AC had a slow leak . Was not an Emergency. Mario came over first thing Monday morning. He took care of the issue while explaining the whole time the cause of the leak. Always great service . In and out quickly.

The air conditioner with the new nest after a power outage would not come back on and asked for repair- it was Friday and one of the workers came and fixed the problem- hopefully it doesn't happen again as it is very hot out this time of year
