Called Maintenance on an issue with the door lock , needed an AC filter. He came out first thing Monday morning. Always ready to accommodate.
Your maintenance crew is outstanding.
Called in on weekend my AC had a slow leak . Was not an Emergency. Mario came over first thing Monday morning. He took care of the issue while explaining the whole time the cause of the leak. Always great service . In and out quickly.
Although it want an emergency I was taken care of within a day . Maintenance men are always nice and courteous.
The air conditioner with the new nest after a power outage would not come back on and asked for repair- it was Friday and one of the workers came and fixed the problem- hopefully it doesn't happen again as it is very hot out this time of year
Always take immediate action in every maintenance order I put in .
Quick response from maintenance
Had an issue with a clogged drain . Within an hour or so the maintenance man came . I have never had an issue when it comes to putting in a maintenance problem. They are great !
