Sabrina was terrific, she went above and beyond to get a loan for my family when other people were unwilling to help us out. She answered all of my questions promptly, and took time to help me figure what loan was best for us. She went out of her way to make sure all of the paperwork was in, and we closed on time. As a first time home buyer, Sabrina made the mortgage loan process surprisingly painless. She took the time to explain all my options and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. She was very organized and kept our communication open during the whole process. I would absolutely work with her again and will recommend to friends/family!
Over all she was great. There were some cases along the adventure where is seemed like she either didn't have all the info to pass along or wasn't upfront from the beginning.
This was my first purchase of a home and Sabrina was more than helpful. She went out of her way on several occasions to make sure we got our house. The whole process was painless and she took the time to explain all the situations and processes in detail to make sure we understood totally what was happening and what was going to happen.
Oh, and did I mention she always kept me in the loop? I highly recommend Ms. West to anyone who needs a mortgage in the Western NC area. I was very impressed and, since this was my fourth house, I've worked with a good number of mortgage officers over the years.
