When I checked in, within 2 minutes my name was called. Nurse reviewed my meds with me, took my bp and hooked me up for EKG. She left and Dr. Patel came in within 3 minutes. He asked questions of how I’d been feeling and asked if I had questions. I did and he took the time to provide answers. I didn’t feel rushed. Checking out, the receptionist made my follow up appointment, asking what day or times worked for me. She was cordial. I left feeling pleased with the visit.
