Office girls are so sweet and helpful. The maintenance guys are awesome. If you need anything, they are there quickly. Always working on the landscaping and keeping the area clean and beautiful. Very safe place to live in.

Request for maintenance on Sunday for my heater called Tuesday (since I will be returning home this evening and weather station states will be cold) office personnel told me they had replaced heating element. Awesome 👍

Laundry facility has been recently closed and the management doesn't care about it. The management has not been strictly monitoring the cars with reservation, many cars have been parked under reserved spots but they don't have enough staff to monitor it.

I've had some issues with my apartment as far as a hole in my ceiling and water damaged walls and called twice to check on the status of repairs as well as work orders needed to provide to insurance for the insurance claim and have had zero call backs or replies. Going on 2 weeks.

I put a service call for my restroom sink for leaking and the guy told me that they replaced the pipe and they didn't and now it's leaking again and I have put a request to talk to my upstairs neighbor about the noise that goes on with the dog and nothing has been done

You people are absolutely overstepping the boundaries of the tenant-landlord agreement. Obviously you have the right to make renovations and improvements around the property. You've engaged in that process since taking over this year. Despite multiple inconveniences whether it be water shutdowns to improve the plumbing and repairs around the parking lot, I resigned under good faith that renovations were relegated to empty apartments. I love the price, the staff, and the new look on the outside but the landscaping looks very unappealing. The yards have grass along the curbs and it seems like they are more worried about the construction instead of how it looks. The materials and appliance are just thrown all over the place. I plan not to leave here. I love it here. I know there is a lot going on but curb appeal attracts unwanted guest and I looks unappealing to new residents.
