Today's service was the best I've ever had! He didn't awesome job I hope he comes to my house every time.
The only thing I have complaints about is the first service they used snap traps in open areas where my young children would be all day although I was told it would be sticky traps in those areas. The technician didnâ t have the right traps due to the previous house using all of them before he got to us, so he settled with the snaps and my 1 year old got her hand caught in a trap while I was cooking. Other than that incident I have noticed less spiders/ants in my home and all of the mice were caught and no more have appeared... read more
Our technician, Jared, called ahead to let us know when to expect him and he was right on time, which was appreciated. He was very considerate of us and wore his mask the whole time he was here. He was thorough in assessing the problem, explaining it to us, and then taking care of it. He was professional and pleasant and did a good job. All of these reasons explain the 5 star rating.
