Went above & beyond by checking every possible way rodents could be infiltrating the house. Went in crawl space at both ends of house attic, perimeter of bldg, garage & any possible entrances inside around pipes & vents. ⠠︠⠠D bug boxes, left traps under house & at particular places outside - corners. Very thorough, personable. Took time to advise me as to the next step if infiltration continues.
They did what was agreed on
Thoroughly explained their services and pricing up front and have great follow through. Their service is top notch and they got rid of all the webs. I was worried my neighbors webs and spiders would continue coming to my house (connected townhouse) and they explained what they would do and it has worked like a charm. Excellent service and Iâ m highly satisfied and will use them as long as Iâ m in Boise!
