I had a service contract with this company. I attempted for days on end to contact Edge to deal with a problem. I spent an amazing amount of time on the phone listening to music, waiting for a person. No one answered. A couple of times I talked to an answering machine and left a message. I only wish they would schedule me and let me know a day or so ahead of time. They called last weekend and told me they had me scheduled! I had no notice and told them NO because my day was planned away from home, and my gate was locked. They did reschedule at my asking .
They found a yellow jacket nest that no one else could locate!!

I made an appointment but they were a no-show
They called me and left a message to contact them. I called and they said that it would be a 15-minute wait. I wanted to talk to someone so I stayed on the line for half an hour. Then an automated voice came on and said no one was available. They wanted me to leave my name and number. I had left it three times before and received no return call.
They are annoyingly always calling trying to get you to buy extra service. While they did take care of our problem they also charged us too much quoting us one thing and then pulling out the hidden cost after hired.
When I call them either they answer the phone ( a real live person)... or, if I leave a message they DO return my call!🤗

Read everything before you sign anything.They will try to get at least a 1 year contract and if you try to cancel the service they will tell you that you had agreed to that. They will also tell you you owe them the full amount which is hundreds of dollars. Be careful when dealing with them. Our grass still hasn't improved.
