Broke into our backyard because their employees are incentived to "complete" work not do "quality" work. Busted open the fence to "finish their job". Way over charged and over promised only to be sent to 10 different people who all explain the job completely different. Probably used to be a quality company but have gotten too "corporate". Would recommend a smaller shop as they will do ethical work and have respect for your personal property. Try Elevate or Environmental Pest control instead.
DeMarco is great. Gives me a heads up when he close, asked if I have any concerns to address, is polite and professional, sends me photos and confirmation of completed service. Thanks for the great job.
Carlos was a great tech and did good, thorough work spraying around my house. His work summary kept me in the loop and I’ve been happy with Saela as a pest control company. They will conduct services for free in between services if needed. I’ve had lots of wasps in my yard and they always come next day to spray when I call them.
This company tanked the moment they changed from Edge. Customer service calls are an exceptionally awful experience every single time. It feels like a multilevel marketing scheme. You'll never have the same tech come out, and every single one of them was unprofessional and barely sprayed. Our ring footage regularly caught them spending less than 2 minutes at our house. Carl did a fantastic job today. He throughly sprayed our property, cleaned out a wasp nest, and redid our mouse traps. We can’t thank him enough for the hard work he did.
