Technician showed up early which was great. Explained the process and gave me some helpful tips for our wasp problem. Looking forward to using the company for future service calls.

First time we have hired an exterminator and they have been great. Price seems high but I have nothing to compare to, so could be a good price.

they promptly removed a large wasp nest in my kitchen ceiling much to my relief.

Rodents were gone within days after first treatment. I have continued a month treatment and been rodent free. Great customer service as well!

Overall, was good experience. Only major problem was that they had over scheduled the service technician. This caused him to be later than the 4 hour window they had given. The service technician was very good and lateness was outside of his control and was scheduling issue.
