Had a great experience. Not sure what the overall services have provided yet but company seems to do whatever it takes to take care of problem. Excited to not see anymore spiders.

The technicians are friendly and very respectful. It would be more helpful if they spent more time on the first set-up. It took 4 visits before we finally found the actual entry hole, and on the 1st one, there weren't even any guesses as to where it might be. Overall, the customer service line is ok. They are pushy to sell you more things, and a few of them have been very unhelpful in terms of scheduling. I shouldn't have to wait 3 days when there's a dead rat in my kitchen! And I shouldn't have to be difficult to make them ... read more
