I have used Edge only once and it is early spring in my house for the first time so the quality of their work is still to be seen but the customer service is undeniable. They were on time, friendly, explained in detail everything they were doing, prepared for other needs if requested, and did nothing until they explained it fully. I will have to check back in once the summer comes and the bugs are out to see how well the quality is.
