Great service with polite and knowledgeable sales rep and technicians. My only complaint which is not really a complaint is the technician did not have a Tyvek suit so he could go into the crawl space to spray under the house. As soon as I remember to call they will send someone to complete the work at no extra charge.
The service tech was polite and efficient. The only reason I gave a 4 overall is because when I tried calling to set a time, the first time I never got a pickup and the second time I sat on hold for 12 minutes. This is a busy time. That being said, hire more people to take calls during peak season.
In my experience with Edge, what I have loved is that when they are there, they are very professional and engaging giving you information that you probably did not have before. When they are doing their work, you'd have to follow them around to know they are there. They are quick and efficient, very thorough, and they get results.
Extremely polite and courteous. Everyone I've spoke with has always done such a great job explaining everything in great detail and making sure I'm happy with my service. You can tell customer service is something their team truly cares about and makes a priority. Always prompt and polite! And they have definitely decreased the pest population. We live in the country-so bugs are life! But theyâ ve controlled them quite well in our home and outside.
