David showed me how mice could wiggle into our garage through a hole in our brittle garage door seal. And he was able to replace it with a brand new seal while there! Plus he sowed me how our laundry vent was not energy efficient, just hanging open so he replaced that with a much better quality one. And the seal around our A/C line where it enters the house had a big empty gap around it so he sealed that up too! He was literally a Jack of all trades!
