Very professional and friendly. I had 3 different friends who were bitten by brown recluses in my home. Since Edge started spraying for them, we haven't had a single bite. The quarterly charge hurts a little when you're living on a fixed income, but that outweighs the fear of living with poisonous spiders.
I have never hired a pest control company before, and I was rather nervous about it. However, it has been a wonderful experience. The workers are professional and courteous. Everything is done exactly as they say they're going to do it. And the best thing is that it eradicated the ants quickly and without mess.
