I still have the same problem I started out with.
We had a litttle confusion about scheduling, but they did great work.
They were prompt, and very easy to work with on the phone. The gentleman who applied the treatment was very nice and prompt.
I have used Edge only once and it is early spring in my house for the first time so the quality of their work is still to be seen but the customer service is undeniable. They were on time, friendly, explained in detail everything they were doing, prepared for other needs if requested, and did nothing until they explained it fully. I will have to check back in once the summer comes and the bugs are out to see how well the quality is.
Communicated well and came out right away for any problems after initial visit for re-service and took care of problem.
They have been totally professional and cordial. My wife is totally happy! I thank you!! I look forward to continuing our relationship. Highly recommended as of now.
The guy was very friendly, answered a lot of my questions.
