Hard to tell if the treatment is going to be effective or not because I currently don't have any issues with bugs. In general, I just want to prevent issues from occurring. I feel by the time you see them in the house, then it is a bigger and more expensive issue. I rather a little now, then a lot later. The Technician was quick and efficient: In and out in 45 minutes.
Cory is so friendly and willing to help out with any problems.
The Technician knew what he had to do when the situation we had encountered was described. He worked efficiently and we must look at the results when he returns. Overall a good experience.

They are always willing to make a repeat visit if the problem is not eliminated the first time. We have had a continual annoying ant infestation and finally it is under control. The staff are always friendly and thorough.
