Edge staff were very professional and always contacted me a few days before arrival. They were flexible in the type of treatment I wanted (snap traps only, no poison) and made one trip sooner than scheduled because of concerns about continued rat presence. I rated them low value for the money only because they required a two-year contract. I am paying a lot for what was likely a one-time event from a single rat nest. Friendly, respectful, motivated workers. Thorough and expert service. We have been with them for over a year now. Great customer service. Quick to come back and reservice at no additional cost whenever we see spiders insbetween services scheduled.

These guys are thorough and listen to what you are saying and then go and actually look in the areas you were concerned about. They will then let you know if you have a problem or not. They were polite and honest.
Edge is very professional and always calls before they come over to let us know when they will be over. If we have concerns or questions they always have an answer. They will also come in between scheduled service appointments if needed. They are the best!
