The shoowed up on time and were creative at resolving the issue. They tackled the yellow jacket problem without removing the nest. no activity is now seen

I have only recently hired Edge for rodent and ant control. Therefore, it is really too early for me to give a results based assessment. Their customer service is great. The technician who visits is wonderful, knowledgable, friendly, and takes time to educate. They got me into their schedule quickly and are coming out about every 2-3 days to get on top of the problem. I am hopeful they will be able to successfully get the situation under control here. They were able to get me into their schedule quickly (next day!) which was greatly appreciated.
We have used Edge in the past and we were happy with the results of their service. The price is not the lowest, but it sure was worth it. Customer service, especially Josh has amazing people-skills!
